FAQ's
I. Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel is included for locations inside a 60 mile radius of Roseburg for the short and sweet package.
For the basic and deluxe packages, travel is included for locations within Oregon.
II. How long does it take to receive the photos after the big day?
For my short and sweet package, as well as the basic, it will be around a couple days to a week for sneak peaks.
For my deluxe package, sneak peaks will be delivered within 48 hours.
For the entire album it will be 10-12 weeks. I assure you I put everything into getting photos sent out as soon as I can however, I make sure to take my time with each individual photo, ensuring they are all perfect before sending them off!
III. Are you open to destination weddings or elopements?
I have yet to document a destination wedding or an elopement. With that being said, if you are eloping or getting married in Mount Rainier, Yosemite, Montana, Hawaii, Florida, North or South Carolina, or anywhere outside of the United States, I will document your wedding or elopement for free! All you would need to do is pay for my travel and stay!
IV. How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?
It's best to book as soon as you have your date set, ideally 6-12 months in advance to ensure availability.
V. Can we provide a shot list of specific photos we want?
Of course! I encourage couples to share any specific shots or moments they want captured, so I can make sure to include them!
